Job summary

Ferrero is seeking an experienced Industrial Sustainability Environment and Energy (ISEE) Manager to lead E&E activities across our Turkish industrial footprint. You will drive regulatory compliance, implement ISO 14001/50001, and steer energy and water initiatives.

Collaborating with plant teams and DOSEE, you will manage E&E KPIs, audits, and reporting, translate global targets into local actions, and promote continuous improvement across the perimeter.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of environmental legislation, permitting, and compliance requirements.
• Experience with ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 standards.
• Project management and continuous improvement experience.
• Proven ability to translate global commitments into local actions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Turkish.

Responsibilities

• Monitor E&E regulations and coordinate compliance activities.
• Maintain ISO 14001 and 50001 systems and ensure the audits.
• Lead E&E initiatives, KPI tracking, and sustainability reporting.
• Coordinate with plant teams and DOSEE on projects and CAPEX planning.
• Identify and leverage public incentives for environmental and energy programs.
• Manage waste, water, and energy management activities.
