Job summary

PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH is seeking an Employee Relations Manager in Istanbul to strengthen employee relations and ensure organizational compliance, advising managers, staff, and third-party workforce on grievances, Code of Conduct concerns, HR investigations, and policy interpretation.

You will partner with Legal, Compliance, and regional HR teams to handle disciplinary actions, absence management, and the consistent application of CoC across the organization, while pro- actively addressing

Qualifications

Experience with employment policies and Turkish labor law.
Ability to practically implement legal knowledge in a corporate setting.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in Turkish and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Advise managers and employees on employee relations matters including disciplinary actions and grievances.
Support disciplinary, grievance, and absence management processes and Code of Conduct issues.
Identify policy or regulatory compliance gaps and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with Legal, Compliance and regional HR to reflect new regulations in policies and systems.
Act as escalation point for formal employee relations matters and ensure consistency.
