Job summary

PepsiCo in İstanbul seeks an Employee Relations Manager to strengthen employee relations and organizational compliance. The role provides trusted advisory support to managers, employees, and third-party workforce on disciplinary actions, grievances, and HR investigations.

You will partner with Legal and Compliance, ensure policy alignment, and coach teams on labor relations, Code of Conduct, and process improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• +6 years of HR experience with strong project management.
• Good knowledge of Turkish employment policy and law.
• Ability to implement policy practically within PepsiCo.
• Fluency in Turkish and English (written and verbal).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise managers and employees on employee relations matters and disciplinary actions.
• Support compliance with Code of Conduct and HR investigations.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance and stakeholders on policy updates and regulatory changes.
• Act as escalation point for disciplinary and grievance processes.
• Lead coaching, investigation, and ensuring consistent HR practices.
