The EMEA Growth & Transformation Process Excellence Specialist is responsible for driving materials management process excellence within the ES EMEA Growth Engine Team. This role focuses on three key areas: Forecast, Suppliability & Capacity Planning, and S&OE (Sales & Operations Execution). The key focus is to ensure ES EMEA is ready for the aggressive growth plans with sustainable processes in the framework of EATON's Target Operating Model.
Operating in an Agile/Sprint-based environment, the SME acts as a bridge between strategy, systems, and execution, ensuring consistent and effective application of materials management processes across ES EMEA. The role supports "Get to Run" transformation initiatives while maintaining strong alignment with daily operational realities and cross-functional collaboration. The Growth & Transformation Process Excellence Specialist will drive consistency, adoption, and effectiveness of materials management processes.
This role requires close collaboration with the Growth Engine Team, ES EMEA Supply Chain, and cross-functional stakeholders.
