Qualifications

Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred
Minimum 5 years of commercial finance experience in a multinational environment

Responsibilities

Strategic business partnering with segment leadership to influence direction and opportunities
Act as financial co-pilot to Segment Directors ensuring alignment with strategic plans
Simplify complex financial scenarios into clear executive choices on pricing, mix, profitability
Promote disciplined cash, margin and risk management with transparent tradeoffs
Translate market intelligence into inputs for strategic planning
Directional support for Strategic Planing and Profit Planning
