Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Senior Commercial Finance Business Partner to lead financial planning and decision support across the EMEA Data Center segment. You will partner with segment leaders and cross-functional teams to drive cash-generative growth while managing risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, Master’s/MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in commercial finance; experience as Finance Business Partner or similar in multinational environment.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Business Partnering embedded in segment leadership discussions to influence direction and outcomes.
• Serve as financial co-pilot to Segment Directors, ensuring alignment with plans and initiatives.
• Simplify complex financial scenarios into clear executive choices for pricing, mix, profitability and investments.
• Promote disciplined risk management by transparent cash, margin and risk tradeoffs.
• Translate customer/market intelligence into inputs for strategic planning.
• Provide directional support for Strategic Planing and Profit Planing.
