Job summary

AVL Research and Engineering Türkiye seeks an Electrical/Electronics Engineer to assess devices for EMC and develop practical solutions, analyzing circuit diagrams, PCB layouts and mechanical aspects. You will create test plans and conduct EMC tests at external labs, analyze results, and support the development of technical solutions.

English fluency is required; German is a plus; travel abroad is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
• 2+ years in electronic hardware design or EMC validation
• Fluent English, written and spoken
• German language skill would be a plus
• Willingness to travel abroad

• Assessment of electronic devices according to EMC aspects and development of solutions


• Carrying out analyses with regards to circuit diagrams, circuit board design and mechanical design


• Active support in the development of technical solutions


• Analysis of customer requirements according to EMC


• Development of test plans


• Plan and conduct EMC tests at external labs and analyze the test results

Profile Description

• Minimum Bachelors degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or, preferably, Masters and/or PhD qualifications.


• Minimum 2 years of experience in Electronic Hardware Design or validation of electronic components including electromagnetic compatibility (EMC).


• Fluent speaking and excellent writing skills in English.


• German language skill would be a plus.


• Willingness to travel abroad


• No military service obligations (military service completed)

Good understanding of, and experience in, at least three of the following topics:

• Automotive Electronics


• Low/High Voltage Analog Circuit Design


• Switch Mode Power Supplies


• Embedded Systems Hardware Design


• Spice Simulation Tools (in particular, LT Spice)
