Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in Industrial Engineering from an accredited institution (MSc/Electrical is an advantage).
• Understanding of Electrical products and basic applications.
• Basic Network Knowledge.
• Analytical mindset, communication skills, problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical resource to resolve customer challenges related to electrical product portfolio.
• Handle escalations with Level 2/3 and Quality teams.
• Collaborate with sales, service, and R&D to ensure timely resolutions.
• Provide product guidance and application assistance via phone/email.
• Maintain up-to-date process documentation and share best practices.
