Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Technical Support Engineer in Turkey to provide Level 1 technical assistance for the Safety Products portfolio, engaging with customers, sales teams, and channel partners via phone, email, web tickets, and chat. The role includes pre‑sales and after‑sales support, product selection guidance, and basic troubleshooting.

Qualifications include a technical diploma or BSc in Electrical Engineering, fluent English and German (C1), and a strong problem‑solving mindset.

Qualifications

• Technical Diploma or BSc in Electrical Engineering.
• Previous experience in technical support, customer support, help desk, or electrical products support is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good understanding of electrical products and applications.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Proficient in English and German (both C1 level or above).

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 technical support for Eaton's Safety Products portfolio via phone, email, web tickets, and chat.
• Deliver pre‑sales and after‑sales technical assistance, including product selection, application support, and troubleshooting.
• Resolve customer inquiries and elevate complex issues to Level 2 Support, Product Managers, or R&D as required.
• Maintain accurate case documentation and contribute to knowledge base development and knowledge‑sharing activities.
• Drive customer satisfaction through timely, high‑quality service and effective issue resolution.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, service quality, and team performance.
