Karadeniz Holding seeks a Technical Inspection Engineer (Electrical & Automation) to join our Operational Excellence group at our Kağıthane HQ in Istanbul. The role focuses on audits of electrical generation, distribution, automation, and control systems across large-scale projects, ensuring safety and reliability with expert technical input.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics, 5+ years in relevant sectors, knowledge of PLC/DCS/SCADA, and proficiency in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics engineering.
• Minimum 5 years in maritime, power generation, shipbuilding, or industrial sectors.
• Experience with medium- and high-voltage electrical systems and power distribution.

Responsibilities

• Support technical audits across power generation plants to ensure compliance and safety.
• Coordinate audits of electrical generation, distribution, automation and control systems at sites.
• Prepare technical incident and failure investigation reports with findings and corrective actions.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational performance and reliability.
• Monitor equipment performance trends and propose corrective actions.
• Participate in RCA investigations and implement preventive measures.
• Collaborate with plant operations, OEMs and third-party specialists.
• Contribute to engineering training and best practices development.
