Job summary

lookfor in Istanbul is seeking an eCommerce Content & Community Intern to become one of the public voices of the brand. You will research leading CPG and eCommerce brands and turn insights into educational videos and content across Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok and more.

You’ll build your own voice, scripts, and on-camera identity while growing a community of eCommerce founders, operators, and marketers, posting 2–3 videos weekly.

Qualifications

• Professional/native proficiency in English.
• Strong storytelling and scripting abilities.
• Proven research skills for industry trends and brands.
• Ability to craft engaging content for short-form video.

Responsibilities

• Research successful brands and distill insights into scripts and videos.
• Write scripts and record short videos for Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok and other channels.
• Create content about lookfor customers and growth lessons.
• Own the content process from idea through scripting, recording, and publishing.
• Build and engage a community of eCommerce founders, operators, and marketers.
• Develop a distinctive on-camera voice and brand presence.
• Track content performance and iterate formats and hooks.
