## Director, Communications & Crisis ManagementApply: Turkey - Istanbul: Full time: Posted Today: R-147746**Job Description Summary:****Position Overview:**Delivers internal and external communications and related programs and initiatives within assigned segments and/or geographies; leads communications to support Company's business objectives with key audiences.Ensures consistency of communications and public affairs strategies; researches and recommends strategic projects, partnerships and community relations; builds and sustains community relations through public consultation and negotiation.Individual contributor who guides others in resolving complex issues in specialized area based on existing solutions and procedures; works independently with guidance only in the most complex situations. **Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:*** Leads the development, creation and implementation of project-based communications (internal and external) ensuring plans are fully synchronized with EME OU (Eurasia Middle East Operating Unit) strategies and Global narrative.* Develops and initiates strategies and content to drive measurable value for the business both through internal employee engagement and external communications.* Coordinates with global communications teams, marketing teams, bottling partners and other functions to ensure consistency of plans and messaging.* Manages the OU's IMCR (Incident Management & Crisis Response) protocol, serving as the PACS crisis management coordinator; ensures crisis preparedness through regular simulations, updated response playbooks, and cross-functional alignment with legal, public affairs, and bottling partners.* Manage proactively external crisis that impacts the reputation of the company together with local business leaders.
