Responsibilities

• Maintain primary responsibility for managing the customer relationship and profitability opportunities with key customers.
• Design and execute tactical plans to enhance customer profitability.
• Develop strong relationships between Mastercard and the customers across all functions.
• Implement customer solutions that improve revenue generation and profitability.
• Understand customers' business strategies and deliver against sales targets.
• Leverage MasterCard brand sponsorships and resources to deliver value.
• Manage planning and budget/expense aspects for accounts.
• Collaborate on strategic business plans with management and execute them.
