Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Bosphorus in Istanbul seeks a Director of Spa and Wellness to lead the Spa, Fitness and Kids Club operations and to collaborate with Hong Kong on global spa initiatives. Responsibilities

• Lead the Spa, Fitness and Kids Club operations to ensure optimal guest experience.
• Develop and manage the Spa & Fitness yearly budget and re-forecast as needed.
• Monitor daily revenue updates and discuss performance with Management Team.
• Set and drive targets for service and retail performance.
• Oversee purchasing to align with budget and manage stock checks.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop Spa marketing plans and events.
• Ensure SOPs are updated and maintain high standards of treatment quality.
