Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ spa management experience in a Luxury Hotel.

• Proactive with analytical ability; quick thinker and decisive.
• Fluent English and Turkish communication proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee guest comfort during treatments and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Promote wellness and accommodate guests during treatments.
• Maintain consistency in treatments and quality per Peninsula standards.
• Coordinate with Spa Reception Desk for appointments, billing, and retail sales.
