Gizli Türkiye'de üretim odaklı bir kuruluş olarak kalite yönetimini baştan sona yönetecek tecrübeli bir kalite yöneticisi arıyor. Rol, kalite stratejilerini geliştirip uygulamak, ISO 9001 uyumunu sürdürmek ve iç/dış denetimleri koordine etmekle ilgilidir.

Güçlü liderlik, tedarikçi kalite yönetimi ve müşteri şikayetlerinden sorumlu olarak süreç iyileştirmeleriyle kalite performansını artıracaksınız; ayrıca KPI'ları izleyip yönetim analizleri sunacaksınız.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in quality management within manufacturing environments.
• Proven leadership experience in managing quality functions and teams.
• Strong expertise in manufacturing quality assurance, quality control, inspection, testing, and Quality Management Systems.
• Solid knowledge of ISO 9001 and other applicable quality standards, including experience in internal and external audits.
• Good understanding of engineering drawings, inspection and measurement techniques, product conformity, and verification processes.
• Proven experience in root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and non-conformance management.
• Experience in supplier quality management, customer complaint resolution, and quality performance monitoring.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and oversee all quality functions across the organization, including supplier quality, manufacturing quality, final product inspection, and Quality Management Systems.
• Develop and implement quality strategies, policies, objectives, and procedures in alignment with the company’s business objectives.
• Ensure that products and manufacturing processes meet applicable technical specifications, industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
• Oversee supplier quality performance, incoming material inspections, and the resolution of supplier-related quality issues.
• Ensure effective quality assurance and control throughout all stages of manufacturing, including in-process inspections, testing, and verification activities.
• Oversee final product inspections and ensure that products meet all quality requirements prior to delivery and shipment.
• Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and other applicable standards.
• Plan and coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely closure of audit findings and implementation of improvement actions.
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective and preventive action processes to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.
• Manage customer complaints, coordinate customer audits, and lead initiatives to improve customer satisfaction.
• Establish and monitor key quality performance indicators (KPIs), analyze trends, and report performance, risks, and improvement opportunities to senior management.
• Work closely with Production, Engineering, Procurement, and Project Management teams to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement across the organization.
• Lead, develop, and strengthen the capabilities of the quality team, ensuring effective resource planning and operational performance.
