Job summary

ISS Türkiye is seeking an experienced Operations Leader to oversee end-to-end performance of food production services across multiple sites. You will drive KPI/SLAs, optimize menus, workforce and costs, and lead field improvements with cross-functional teams to sustain service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in food production, mass production environments, or multi-site operations.
• Proven experience managing operational performance in large-scale, geographically dispersed food production.
• Strong KPI, SLA, and performance indicators experience with data-driven decisions.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders in complex structures.
• Hands-on change management and continuous improvement experience.
• Advanced level of English, written and spoken.
• Lean Management experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operational performance of ISS food production services across all locations.
• Define, monitor, and drive improvement actions related to KPIs and SLAs covering service efficiency, cost control, customer satisfaction, operational continuity, and service standards.
• Lead optimization initiatives across menu planning, portion management, workforce planning, and cost management processes.
• Develop and execute field improvement plans based on customer feedback and recurring operational issues.
• Take an operational leadership role in critical service disruptions, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze operational risks and recurring gaps, developing preventive and corrective improvement initiatives.
• Conduct benchmark analyses to compare performance, costs, and standards against best practices.
• Support development of operational teams and site managers in line with performance expectations.
• Prepare, analyze, and present regular performance reports and recommendations to senior management.

Position Summary

The role is responsible for the end-to-end management of operational performance and customer satisfaction across ISS food production services in multiple locations. It ensures the sustainable implementation of efficiency, cost control, optimization, and service standards within operations, while driving field execution through a performance-oriented and results-driven approach.

The role works in close coordination with internal operational and support functions to ensure consistent execution across sites, aligning customer expectations with ISS service standards and operational excellence objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in food production, mass production environments, or multi‑site operational structures
• Proven experience in managing operational performance within large‑scale, geographically dispersed food production organizations
• Strong experience working with KPIs, SLAs, and performance indicators, with a data‑driven and analytical decision‑making approach
• Demonstrated involvement in operational efficiency, cost control, optimization initiatives, and the continuous development of service standards
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams and multiple stakeholders in complex organizational structures
• Hands‑on experience in change management, continuous improvement, and operational performance transformation projects
• Advanced level of English, both written and spoken
• Lean Management experience is considered an asset
