Job summary

ESEN is seeking a talented ML Engineer in Turkey to develop and optimize machine learning and deep learning solutions for signal processing. The role combines research and practical software development across data pipelines and deployed models.

You will lead ML concept development, perform literature reviews, and design end-to-end pipelines while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Strong programming, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• MS or higher degree in Electrical-Electronics or Computer Engineering.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, preferably in signal processing.
• Hands-on software development or applied ML research experience.
• Strong programming skills in Python, C, C++, or Java.
• Experience with data science libraries: NumPy, SciPy, scikit-learn.
• Proficiency with DL frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset.
• Strong communication skills and ability to share insights clearly.
