Job summary

Cypien AI is seeking a Digital Marketing & Analytics Specialist to drive data-driven decisions across web and mobile platforms. You will analyze user behavior, campaign performance, and first-party data to optimize marketing strategies on our Generative Commerce platform.

Collaborating with marketing, growth, and engineering teams, you will build dashboards, perform funnel analyses, design A/B tests, and ensure accurate, privacy-conscious data collection through server-side tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or related field.
• 3+ years in data/marketing analytics or similar role.
• Hands-on with first-party data collection and tracking systems; GA4/GTM a plus.
• Strong SQL skills; BigQuery experience welcome.
• Proficient data visualization in Looker Studio/Tableau/Power BI.
• Excellent Excel and data storytelling capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user behavior across web and mobile platforms using first-party tracking data.
• Analyze campaign performance data to generate scalable insights (10M+ DAU).</li>
• Perform conversion, funnel, and user journey analyses for the Generative Commerce platform.
• Track KPIs and prepare performance reports across digital channels.

We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Analytics Specialist.

Role Overview

As a Digital Marketing & Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing user behavior, campaign performance, and first-party tracking data to generate actionable insights for Cypien AI's Generative Commerce platform. You will work closely with the marketing, growth, and engineering teams to optimize campaigns and support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze user behavior across web and mobile platforms using Cypien's first-party tracking infrastructure
• Analyze digital marketing and campaign performance data to generate insights at scale (10M+ daily active users)
• Perform conversion, funnel, and user journey analyses across our Generative Commerce platform
• Track KPIs and prepare performance reports across digital channels (Paid Media, SEO, social media, etc.)
• Build dashboards and maintain regular performance reporting
• Collaborate with marketing, media, growth, and engineering teams to identify data-driven optimization opportunities
• Analyze campaign data trends and opportunities to support marketing strategies
• Design A/B tests, analyze results, and provide actionable insights
• Own and maintain first-party tracking implementation (event schema, data layer, server-side collection) to ensure accurate, privacy-compliant data collection across platforms

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Business, Data Science, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in data analytics, marketing analytics, or a similar role
• Hands-on experience with first-party data collection/tracking systems (server-side tagging, CDPs, or custom event pipelines); GA4/GTM experience is a plus
• Strong knowledge of SQL; experience with BigQuery is a plus
• Experience with Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI for data visualization
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of conversion rate analysis, funnel analysis, attribution modeling (particularly in cookieless/first-party contexts), and campaign performance measurement
• Basic knowledge of Python or data analysis tools is a plus
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate data insights clearly to technical and non-technical teams (data storytelling)
