Job summary

Getinge is seeking a dedicated professional to provide installation, configuration, and ongoing technical support for its digital health products. You will integrate solutions with hospital IT infrastructure and collaborate with software teams on updates and testing.

As part of a cross-functional service group, you'll train users, support sales technically, and analyze field issues to deliver high-quality outcomes while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduated from relevant departments of vocational schools.
• 3 years of experience in digital solutions in the healthcare industry.
• Experienced in wiring, connection, and working with low current.
• Knowledge of programming languages.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Strong analytical mindset with a proactive, results-oriented, and quality-driven approach.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid B-class driving license and willingness to travel frequently.
• No military obligation for male candidates.

Responsibilities

• Providing installation, configuration, and technical support for the company's digital health products.

• Work closely with internal teams (Service, Sales) to ensure smooth business operations.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on service activities.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and local regulations in all business activities.
