Job summary

SESTEK is seeking a DevOps Engineer to own deployment, operation, and continuous improvement of our systems in hybrid environments. You will work across cloud and on‑prem, building automation with IaC, and maintaining Kubernetes clusters and pipelines.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in Linux, strong networking, and hands‑on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and CI/CD tooling. English fluency is required; Turkish language skills are a plus. Hybrid work in Ankara or Istanbul offered.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• At least 2 years of experience in Linux-based environments.
• Solid networking fundamentals: routing, load balancing, TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS.
• Hands-on experience with container technologies and orchestration (Docker, containerd, Kubernetes, Helm).
• Experience deploying and managing CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, Nexus, Vault).
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Ansible) and monitoring tools (Prometheus/Grafana).
• Exposure to centralized logging platforms (ELK Stack).

• Design, develop, and maintain Infrastructure as Code to automate provisioning and configuration.

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer who is fluent in English to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the deployment, operation, and continuous improvement of our systems across both cloud and on-premises environments. What we expect

Who we are looking for

• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• At least 2 years of experience working in Linux-based environments.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including routing, load balancing, TCP/IP, HTTP, and DNS.
• Proven troubleshooting and incident response skills.
• Hands-on experience with container technologies (e.g., Docker, containerd) and orchestration tools like Kubernetes and Helm.
• Experience deploying and managing CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins, Nexus, and Vault.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Ansible).
• Experience with monitoring tools, especially Prometheus and Grafana.
• Exposure to centralized logging platforms like the ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana).

Nice to have

• Arabic language skills (not mandatory but would be a strong advantage).
• Experience with AWS or other major cloud providers.
• Experience with shell scripting.
• Experience with Terraform for cloud infrastructure provisioning.
