TELMO eSIM is seeking an experienced infrastructure engineer to run and improve the platform's servers, databases, edge network, and deployments. You will own monitoring, backups and capacity planning while collaborating with developers on performance and availability issues.

The role is fully remote with flexible hours and a multicultural team spread across time zones.

Qualificações

• Hands-on experience operating production web infrastructure.
• IIS and database administration experience required.
• Knowledge of CDN, WAF, DNS and TLS configurations.

Responsabilidades

• Set up monitoring, alerting and capacity planning for traffic peaks.

About the role

You will run and improve the infrastructure behind our web platform, mobile APIs and partner services: servers, databases, edge network, monitoring and deployments.

What you will do

• Operate and harden our production web servers, databases and edge network (Cloudflare).
• Build reliable deployment pipelines, backups and disaster recovery.
• Set up monitoring, alerting and capacity planning for traffic peaks.
• Work with developers to diagnose performance and availability issues.

What we are looking for

• 4+ years running production web infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with Linux or Windows Server and IIS, plus MySQL or MariaDB administration.
• Experience with CDN/WAF configuration, DNS and TLS.
• Scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash or Python).

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS or Azure and containers.
• Experience with PHP application hosting at scale.
