Job summary

TELMO eSIM is a remote-first team providing eSIM connectivity in 200+ countries. We seek an Operations Specialist to ensure orders are delivered, activated and supported, working with various eSIM providers and the engineering team.

You will monitor provisioning, coordinate with providers on coverage and incidents, and keep catalogues and mappings up to date while documenting processes and helping automate repetitive tasks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in telecom operations, support or a technical operations role.
• Comfort with APIs, webhooks and spreadsheets.
• Strong attention to detail and structured problem solving.
• Good written English.

Responsibilities

• Monitor provisioning and activation, and resolve failed or delayed orders.
• Coordinate with eSIM providers on coverage, packages and incidents.
• Maintain package catalogues, pricing data and operator mappings.
• Document processes and help automate repetitive work.
