Job summary

TELMO eSIM is a remote-first team delivering eSIM connectivity across 200+ countries. We design multilingual AI features powering assistants, message classification, pricing models, and risk signals.

You will collaborate with engineers to integrate models safely into our platform, while tracking quality, cost and latency in production. Strong ML/NLP experience and Python skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of applied machine learning or NLP experience.
• Strong Python and experience with modern LLM APIs and prompt evaluation.
• Good statistical thinking and experiment design.
• Ability to explain results clearly to non-technical colleagues.
