Job description

Luron AI, Inc. is an applied AI company focused on integrating artificial intelligence into the operational core of some of the largest enterprises worldwide. Rather than running limited pilots, Luron delivers production-grade systems that handle real customer and business volume. The team works across voice AI, chat AI, AI-driven optimization, and end-to-end AI transformation programs. Luron builds agents that answer and route calls, resolve requests across written channels, and reshape how enterprises operate at scale. Applicants join a company that is deeply committed to deploying robust, high-impact AI solutions in real-world environments.

The Deployment Strategist is a full-time, on-site role based in Istanbul. This role is responsible for designing and overseeing the deployment of AI solutions into enterprise operations, ensuring they are aligned with business goals and deliver measurable impact. Day-to-day activities include gathering and analyzing client requirements, mapping current workflows, and identifying opportunities where AI agents can improve efficiency and customer experience. The Deployment Strategist collaborates closely with product, engineering, and client stakeholders to define deployment plans, coordinate implementations, and monitor performance in production environments. The role also involves preparing clear documentation, communicating progress and risks, and iterating on strategies based on data, feedback, and evolving client needs.

We are forward deployed by design. Our engineers and strategists sit inside the customer's operation, learn how the business truly works, and ship against that reality.

This is a role for people who want ownership, tempo, and proximity to consequence.

Work directly with enterprise leadership to find the processes where applied AI changes the economics, not just the interface.
