Job summary

Luron AI, Inc. is seeking a Deployment Strategist to design and oversee the deployment of AI solutions into enterprise operations, based on-site in Istanbul.

You will gather client requirements, map workflows, and identify opportunities where AI agents can improve efficiency and customer experience, collaborating with product, engineering, and client stakeholders to define deployment plans and coordinate implementations.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategy, consulting, or product deployment roles, preferably in AI, software, or enterprise technology environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to translate complex operational processes into structured requirements and deployment plans.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and present clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with AI systems, data-driven products, or large-scale technology implementations; experience with voice or chat solutions is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline), or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Istanbul, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Comfort with ambiguity, a structured approach to execution, and a strong interest in applied AI and enterprise transformation.

Responsibilities

• Design deployment plans and oversee AI solution deployments.
