Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
Proven Sales and business development experience in the dental, medical devices, or healthcare industry.
Strong understanding of dental implantology and digital dentistry is preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and sustain long‑term professional relationships.
Self‑motivated with a results‑driven mindset.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

Execute individual business development plans to achieve and exceed targets.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
Monitor market trends and activities to inform strategy.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dental professionals, clinics (public and private), laboratories, and key decision-makers.
Actively promote and sell the full product portfolio, including company training programs.
Prepare and deliver impactful presentations and hands-on demonstrations to educate customers and showcase solutions.
Provide technical, informational, and promotional support to customers in collaboration with internal teams.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and clinical teams to implement sales initiatives and drive growth.
Continuously improve product knowledge and personal skills through regular training and assessments.
