Job summary

Nobel Biocare in Istanbul, Turkey is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to provide technical and customer support for dental implant solutions. You will assist customers, sales reps, and internal teams with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and ensuring a smooth client experience.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in technical or sales support in dental devices, fluency in Turkish and English, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or Dentistry preferred.
• 2+ years in technical or sales support in dental/medical devices.
• Fluency in Turkish and English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for technical inquiries related to Nobel Biocare dental implants.
• Provide guidance on product features, troubleshooting, and best practices to customers and internal teams.
• Assist customers with access to sales representatives and support teams as needed.
• Respond to inbound calls and emails to resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers and Product Manager to provide technical expertise.
• Support product demonstrations and technical explanations for customer meetings.
• Keep the sales team informed on product updates and developments.
• Conduct proactive follow-ups to address concerns and ensure optimal product use.
• Identify potential issues and address handling challenges before escalation.
• Deliver training sessions to internal teams and customers on Nobel Biocare products.
• Maintain detailed CRM records of interactions, issues, and resolutions.
• Provide feedback to product development based on customer insights.
