We are looking for skilled and motivated professionals who can contribute to data warehouse modeling projects and bring solid experience in banking, data analysis, and data architecture.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, MIS, Statistics, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in banking or financial data projects
• Solid knowledge of data warehouse structures, ETL processes, and modeling methodologies (e.g., Inmon, Kimball)
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and data modeling tools (e.g., PowerDesigner, Erwin, ER/Studio)
• Hands‑on experience in data analysis, dashboard/report development, and KPI definition
• Strong understanding of banking products such as loans, deposits, and risk management
• Experience in data dictionary, metadata management, and data quality frameworks
• Comfortable using Jira and Confluence in delivery environments
• Preferably experienced in big data platforms and DWH modernization initiatives
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

What You’ll Do

• Participate in enterprise data warehouse modeling efforts for next‑generation banking systems
• Analyze business unit data requirements and build conceptual and logical data models
• Perform data analysis to validate source data and ensure model accuracy
• Support ongoing DWH modernization and architecture transformation projects
• Conduct source system analysis and document data mappings and transformation logic
• Develop and maintain data modeling standards, data dictionaries, and business glossaries
• Design and monitor data quality checks to ensure data integrity
• Collaborate with business stakeholders for model validation and sign‑off
