Job summary

OREDATA, 10+ yılı aşkın tecrübesiyle bir Dijital Dönüşüm ve IT Danışmanlığı firmasıdır. Data Scientist (LLM) rolünde ekipte yer alacak ve LLM tabanlı çözümler ile RAG uygulamaları geliştirmenize odaklanacaktır.

BD/iş birimlerinden gelen ihtiyaçları teknik çözümlere dönüştürerek, üretken yapay zeka ekosistemindeki yenilikleri takip edeceksiniz. Uluslararası projelerde çalışma fırsatı ve esnek çalışma ortamı sunulur.

Qualifications

• Profesyonel deneyim en az 5 yıl.
• LLMs ve Generative AI kullanımında pratik deneyim.
• RAG tabanlı uygulama tasarımı/entegrasyonu tecrübesi.

Responsibilities

• LLM tabanlı ve Retrieval-Augmented Generation çözümlerini tasarlayın ve geliştirin.
• Dahili sohbet botu ve konuşan yapay zeka ürünlerinin geliştirilmesine katkıda bulunun.
• Veri kaynaklarını işleyin, entegre edin ve AI uygulamaları için erişim sağlayın.
• Prompt mühendisliği ve sorgu optimizasyonuyla LLM performansını iyileştirin.
• Ürün, mühendislik, veri ve iş birimleriyle iş ihtiyaçlarını uygulanabilir çözümlere dönüştürün.
• Güvenlik ve operasyonel uygulanabilirlik göz önünde bulundurarak tasarım katkısı yapın.
• RAG projeleri dışında başka AI girişimlerini destekleyin.
• Generative AI ekosistemindeki gelişmeleri takip edin.

Job description

We are looking for an Data Scientist (LLM) to join our team within a leading company in the aviation industry.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and improve LLM-based and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
• Take an active role in the development of internal chatbot and conversational AI products.
• Work with structured and unstructured data to prepare, retrieve, enrich, and optimize knowledge sources used by AI applications.
• Evaluate and improve LLM performance through prompt engineering, retrieval optimization, model selection, evaluation frameworks, and output quality analysis.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and business teams to translate business needs into practical AI solutions.
• Contribute to the technical design of Generative AI solutions, considering scalability, maintainability, security, and operational feasibility.
• Support other data and AI initiatives where needed, beyond RAG-focused projects.
• Stay current with developments in Generative AI, LLMs, agentic systems, RAG architectures, and related AI technologies.

Requirements

• Min 5 years of professional experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Data Engineering, Software Development, or related technical roles.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI use cases.
• Practical experience designing, building, or improving RAG-based applications
• Experience working with embeddings, vector search, document retrieval, chunking strategies, prompt engineering, and LLM evaluation approaches.
• Ability to assess AI solutions from an architectural perspective while remaining actively involved in implementation and delivery.
• Experience with chatbot, conversational AI, knowledge assistant, search, recommendation, or similar AI‑enabled products is highly preferred.
• A background in software engineering or data engineering is an advantage, but not a mandatory requirement.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving capability, and the ability to work independently in an evolving technical environment.
• Curiosity and strong awareness of the current Generative AI ecosystem, including emerging concepts such as AI agents, tool use, MCP, and modern RAG approaches.
