OREDATA, EMEA bölgesinde saygın bir Dijital Dönüşüm ve IT Danışmanlık firmasıdır. Veri Mühendisliği alanında 6+ yıl tecrübeli ekip arkadaşı arıyoruz. Konum İstanbul/Fatih’te ofisten çalışma, esnek zamanlar ve uluslararası projelerle kariyerinizi güçlendirecek bir rol sunuyoruz.

Qualifications

• İş hedeflerini ve veri ihtiyaçlarını stakeholderlarla analiz etmek.
• Veri mimarisi modelleri tasarlamak ve veri akışlarını dokümante etmek.
• Veri ambarı/kurulumları, ETL süreçleri ve bulut çözümlerinde deneyim sahibi olmak.
• İngilizce ileri seviyede iletişim yeteneğine sahip olmak.

Responsibilities

• Paydaşlarla görüşmeler yaparak mevcut sistemleri ve iş hedeflerini anlamak.
• Veri mimarisi modellerini (konseptüel/logiksel/gerçek) tasarlamak.
• ETL süreçlerini tasarlayıp veri entegrasyonunu gerçekleştirmek.
• Veri kalitesi ve güvenliğini sağlamak için politikalar geliştirmek.
• Veri güvenliği standartlarını uygulamak ve erişim kontrolleri kurmak.
• Veri teknolojilerini değerlendirmek ve mevcut sistemlerle uyumluluğu sağlamak.
• Veri mimarisi, modeller ve akışları güncel tutmak; ekiplerle iş birliği yapmak.
• Veri mühendisleri, veri bilimcileri ve iş analistleriyle projelerde yakın çalışmak.

Job description

When you join the OREDATA team, you'll be working hand-in-hand with experts focused on tackling digital, operational, analytical & data science challenges with the greatest impact. Responbilities

• Conduct interviews with stakeholders, conduct surveys, and review existing systems to understand the organization's business goals and data needs
• Create data architecture models (conceptual, logical, and physical) suitable for the organization's data needs, prepare data flow diagrams and data dictionaries
• Design, select, and implement data storage solutions such as data warehouses, data lakes, operational data stores
• Design and develop ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to integrate and transform data from different sources
• Create policies and procedures to ensure data quality, perform data profiling, and manage data cleansing processes
• Create policies and procedures to ensure data security, design access control mechanisms, and implement data security standards
• Evaluate new data technologies and tools, ensure compatibility with existing systems, and make recommendations for improvement
• Document and keep up-to-date data architecture, data models, data flows, and other related topics
• Work closely with other team members (data engineers, data scientists, business analysts, etc.) on data architecture projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering/Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Electrical & Electronics Engineering or a related field
• 6+ years experience in Data Engineering roles
• Familiarity with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and data modeling concepts
• Experience with databases, data warehouses, and ETL processes
• Knowledge of big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure and have experience with deploying and managing data solutions in the cloud

• Knowledge of data architecture principles and concepts
• Experience in data modeling techniques (e.g., conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling)
• Knowledge of ETL processes and data integration
• Knowledge of data quality management and data security

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Detail-oriented and results-oriented approach
• Willingness to learn and develop
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and familiarity with CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery) processes and tools

• Advanced level of English
