Job summary

OREDATA, havacılık endüstrisinde lider konumda olan bir şirkette LLM tabanlı ve Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) çözümlerini geliştirecek bir Veri Bilimci arıyor. Geniş veri kaynaklarıyla çalışıp yapay zeka tabanlı ürünler üretmek üzere ekiplerle işbirliği yapacaksınız.

Minimum 5 yıl deneyim, LLM/Generative AI becerileri ve sohbet botu projelerinde bilgi sahibi olmak tercih sebebidir. Uzaktan çalışma imkanı ve uluslararası projelerle zenginleşen dinamik bir çalışma ortamı sunuyor.

Qualifications

• LLM/Generative AI alanında en az 5 yıl profesyonel deneyim.
• LLM ve Generative AI kullanımlarında pratik uygulama becerisi.
• RAG tabanlı uygulamalar tasarlama/inceleme deneyimi.
• Gömülü/çıkarılmış verilerle çalışma, özet ve sorgu tasarımı tecrübesi.

Responsibilities

• LLM tabanlı ve RAG çözümlerini tasarla, geliştir, test et ve iyileştir.
• İç sohbet botları ve konuşan yapay zeka ürünlerinin geliştirilmesinde aktif rol al.
• Yapılandırılmış ve yapılandırılmamış verilerle bilgi kaynaklarını hazırlayıp erişimi optimize et.
• Prompt mühendisliği, retrieval optimizasyonu ve LLM değerlendirme süreçlerini kullanarak performansı iyileştir.
• Ürün, mühendislik, veri ve iş birimleriyle iş ihtiyaçlarını pratik yapay zeka çözümlerine dönüştür.

We are looking for an Data Scientist (LLM) to join our team within a leading company in the aviation industry.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and improve LLM-based and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
• Take an active role in the development of internal chatbot and conversational AI products.
• Work with structured and unstructured data to prepare, retrieve, enrich, and optimize knowledge sources used by AI applications.
• Evaluate and improve LLM performance through prompt engineering, retrieval optimization, model selection, evaluation frameworks, and output quality analysis.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and business teams to translate business needs into practical AI solutions.
• Contribute to the technical design of Generative AI solutions, considering scalability, maintainability, security, and operational feasibility.
• Support other data and AI initiatives where needed, beyond RAG-focused projects.
• Stay current with developments in Generative AI, LLMs, agentic systems, RAG architectures, and related AI technologies.

Requirements:

• Min 5 years of professional experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Data Engineering, Software Development, or related technical roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI use cases.
• Practical experience designing, building, or improving RAG-based applications
• Experience working with embeddings, vector search, document retrieval, chunking strategies, prompt engineering, and LLM evaluation approaches.
• Ability to assess AI solutions from an architectural perspective while remaining actively involved in implementation and delivery.
• Experience with chatbot, conversational AI, knowledge assistant, search, recommendation, or similar AI-enabled products is highly preferred.
• A background in software engineering or data engineering is an advantage, but not a mandatory requirement.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capability, and the ability to work independently in an evolving technical environment.
• Curiosity and strong awareness of the current Generative AI ecosystem, including emerging concepts such as AI agents, tool use, MCP, and modern RAG approaches.
