Evofone in Turkey is seeking an experienced digital marketing professional with a strong analytical mindset to drive performance. You will develop data-driven strategies, plan and optimize campaigns across channels, and turn insights into measurable actions.

The role requires 4+ years in digital marketing or a related field, expertise in Google Analytics, GTM, and performance measurement, and the ability to work across Marketing, E-commerce, and CRM teams. English preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing or related field.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and performance marketing strategies.
• Hands-on experience planning and optimizing campaigns.
• Proficient with web analytics, especially Google Analytics.
• Experience analyzing campaign performance and user behavior.
• Knowledge of audience segmentation and personalization.
• Familiarity with Insider and Segmentify is a plus.
• English communication is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies across channels.
• Plan, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns in line with objectives.
• Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
• Analyze data to generate actionable insights on campaigns and user behavior.
• Prepare regular performance reports and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Marketing, E-commerce, CRM and other teams to maximize results.
• Drive ownership of projects from planning to execution and review.
