Job summary

SnA Consulting is a business analytics consultancy seeking highly motivated individuals to join a team in Istanbul working on data engineering, AI, and analytics projects for blue-chip clients.

You will design scalable data pipelines across cloud and on-prem, deploy ML models, and contribute to MLOps with a focus on curiosity, responsibility, and collaboration. The role offers a modern workplace in Istanbul and opportunities across industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical program from a reputable university.
• Relevant experience in data engineering, analytics, or AI-related projects.
• Strong knowledge of Python for data engineering, AI/ML development, and SQL.
• Familiarity with machine learning fundamentals (supervised/unsupervised learning, feature engineering, model evaluation).
• Basic understanding of AI/ML pipelines, including data preparation, training, inference, and monitoring.
• Assertive, fast learner, highly organized, and curious about emerging AI and data technologies.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients and internal consultants on data, analytics, and AI projects.
• Design and build scalable data and AI pipelines across Cloud and On-Prem environments.
• Support the development and deployment of AI/ML models with high-quality, well-governed data inputs.
• Assist in the implementation of MLOps, including model deployment, monitoring, and performance tracking.
• Research emerging AI, Generative AI, and data engineering technologies to improve platforms and solutions.
