Job summary

NewMind AI in Istanbul is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to design, build, and deploy ML models that power our data-driven solutions. You will work on NLP and CV tasks, deploy models, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable ML solutions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience, strong Python, TensorFlow or PyTorch, and experience with NoSQL and SQL databases, with fluent English for international collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; master's or PhD is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in a data-focused team building deep learning models and predictive analytics.
• Proficiency in Python; expertise in ML algorithms (NLP, CV) and frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch). Strong statistical and data analysis skills; experience with deep learning and generative models.
• Proficiency in NoSQL (Elasticsearch, MongoDB) and SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) databases.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken; strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; passion for AI and its potential.
