Job summary

SnA Consulting is a business analytics consultancy seeking highly motivated individuals to join a team in Istanbul working on data engineering, AI, and analytics projects for blue-chip clients.

You will design scalable data pipelines across cloud and on-prem, deploy ML models, and contribute to MLOps with a focus on curiosity, responsibility, and collaboration. The role offers a modern workplace in Istanbul and opportunities across industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical program from a reputable university.
• Relevant experience in data engineering, analytics, or AI-related projects.
• Strong knowledge of Python for data engineering, AI/ML development, and SQL.
• Familiarity with machine learning fundamentals (supervised/unsupervised learning, feature engineering, model evaluation).
• Basic understanding of AI/ML pipelines, including data preparation, training, inference, and monitoring.
• Assertive, fast learner, highly organized, and curious about emerging AI and data technologies.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients and internal consultants on data, analytics, and AI projects.
• Design and build scalable data and AI pipelines across Cloud and On-Prem environments.

SnA team combines skillsets in three key areas: business strategy, applied statistics, and database techniques. In the past fifteen years, SnA has completed over 300+ advanced analytics engagements with high-profile clients in the EMEA region.

This position requires a combination of technical skills and research, communication, and presentation skills.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Exposure to ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, XGBoost)
• Familiarity with MLOps concepts such as experiment tracking, model versioning, and CI/CD for ML
• Experience with orchestration frameworks such as Apache Airflow or Argo Workflow
• Experience with one or more cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP) , including managed AI services
• Experience with LLM or Generative AI concepts (prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, RAG architectures)
