SAP Next Gen - Academy for Customer Success is a global development program designed for talent who are early in their career. A Solution Advisor works with customers to help them solve business challenges using SAP solutions and supports the sales cycle with domain knowledge.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of professional experience with a strong foundation in technical and business processes.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.
• Exposure to AI fundamentals and ethics a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide deal support including discovery sessions and executive meetings.
• Deliver software demonstrations to illustrate SAP value proposition.
• Lead Design Thinking sessions and collaborate with sales to identify whitespace.
• Represent SAP at events and contribute to marketing activities.
