Job summary

EPAM Systems in Turkey seeks an Engineering Manager with SAP CAP Java expertise to design and implement innovative SAP-based solutions and cloud-native architectures. You will lead cross-functional teams, drive technical strategy, and ensure high-quality delivery for global clients.

The role requires 9+ years in SAP with BTP, ABAP, Fiori, HANA and Integration; strong Java/Spring Boot skills; microservices and event-driven design; and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of SAP experience with BTP, ABAP, Fiori, HANA and integration.
• Background in ERP or S/4HANA with end-to-end workflows.
• Strong Java and Spring Boot for application development.
• Familiarity with microservice architectures and event-driven design.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Knowledge of SAP CAP, Fiori, and UI5 is a plus.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in English (B2+).
• Willingness for occasional travel to customer locations.
