Job summary

Solvia Digital Solutions is seeking a highly motivated SAP SuccessFactors Expert to join our global team. This is not a traditional admin role; we need someone who combines EC expertise with project management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic thinking capabilities.

You will drive HR technology initiatives, optimize processes, deliver analytics, and advise HR and business leaders on the best solutions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors EC experience.
• Experience with Integration Center and API integrations.
• Advanced Story Reporting expertise.
• Managed mass HR data uploads and projects.
• Knowledge of Payroll, Compensation and Goal Management.
• Strong project and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and drive outcomes.
• English proficiency at an advanced level.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive HR systems projects from planning through execution.
• Manage dependencies, risks, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
• Provide clear management summaries and recommendations.
• Ensure transparency, accountability, and effective communication.
• Lead initiatives within SuccessFactors EC.
• Design and support integrations using Integration Center and APIs.
• Design and optimize Story Reports for insights.
• Train stakeholders on reporting capabilities.
• Collaborate on Payroll, Compensation, and data governance.
• Work with external vendors and partners.
