Job summary

Allianz Türkiye is seeking a Productivity Finance Partner to join our team. You will monitor productivity initiatives, help craft the yearly overhead budget, and analyze monthly variances. The role requires strong analytical thinking, a BS degree, and advanced MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years working experience required.
• Strong analytical thinking with positive, problem-solving attitude.
• BS degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or similar fields.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office Applications.
• Open for learning and new responsibilities.
• Having knowledge in Artificial Intelligence (AI) development, Data Analytics, Data Intelligence, AI/Data Strategy, and ChatGPT.

Responsibilities

• Act as a productivity finance partner by monitoring existing productivity initiatives and finding out new productivity opportunities.
• Prepare annual overheads budget in line with strategic priorities of the company and analyze the variance between actual and budget on a monthly basis.
• Prepare monthly management reports OTIF and present monthly results to CFO and other finance colleagues.
• Perform and report function based benchmark analysis with other Allianz OEs and peers in the sector.
• Steward procurement processes by ensuring the delivery of budget and optimization of spending.
• Maintain effective relationships with budget owners.
