Kenvue is seeking a Customer Development Intern to join our team in Istanbul for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will gain hands-on exposure to daily FMCG operations, working with the Customer Development team on trade marketing execution, sales analytics, and in-store activation projects.

You will support planning trade marketing activities, prepare sales analyses and presentations, assist with event activations, monitor competitors, and help execute in-store activations.

Formación

• Currently enrolled as a 3rd or 4th year university student
• Prefer prior internship in a commercial, sales, or marketing-related field
• Good command of English, both written and verbal
• Strong Excel skills, including reporting and working with sales and shipment/logistics data
• Proactive follow-up skills - comfortable tracking processes end-to-end (e.g. confirming POS/display materials have reached the warehouse)
• Strong cross-functional communication skills; confident and outgoing enough to reach out to different departments and follow up on requests independently
• Detail-oriented, analytical mindset

What you will do

Kenvue Türkiye is looking for a Customer Development Intern to join our team for a 1-year fixed-term contract. This internship offers hands-on exposure to the daily operations of a global FMCG business, working closely with the Customer Development team on trade marketing execution, sales analytics, and in-store activation projects.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a 3rd or 4th year university student (preferably in the early stages of senior year)
• Prior internship experience in a commercial, sales, or marketing-related field is preferred
• Good command of English, both written and verbal
• Strong Excel skills, including reporting and working with sales and shipment/logistics data
• Proactive follow-up skills - comfortable tracking processes end-to-end (e.g. confirming POS/display materials have reached the warehouse)
• Strong cross-functional communication skills; confident and outgoing enough to reach out to different departments and follow up on requests independently
• Detail-oriented, analytical mindset
