Job summary

Ceffu is seeking an experienced Accounting & Administrative Affairs Officer to manage financial records and regulatory reporting for its Turkey operations as a Crypto Asset Service Provider (CASP). This role ensures accurate transactions and compliant reporting in line with Turkish standards.

Based in Istanbul, you will coordinate tax filings, external audits and administrative matters, while maintaining robust accounting controls and ensuring timely financial statements and governance reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, business administration or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting, statutory reporting and financial operations.
• Strong knowledge of Turkish accounting standards, tax regulations, e-Ledger, e-Invoice and statutory financial-reporting requirements.
• Experience using ERP or accounting software such as SAP, NetSuite, Logo or Mikro, together with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete and accurate local statutory accounting records and chart of accounts.
• Perform periodic financial close procedures including reconciliations and accruals.
• Lead the Quarterly AUP report and semi-annual Financial Statements Audit.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual statutory financial statements and management accounts.
• Coordinate tax filings, e-Ledger, e-Invoice and payroll accounting with external advisors.
• Ensure proper segregation of customer assets and company assets in records.
