Job summary

Epiroc Turkey is seeking a Credit Controller to manage all credit operations within the Finance Team. The role reports to the Business Controller of Epiroc Turkey and focuses on collections, aging reports, and cash-flow management.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in business/finance, strong English, ERP experience, and the ability to work in a hybrid environment. Collaboration and process improvements are encouraged in this role.

Responsibilities

• Managing collections from customers and improving their payment performance.
• Preparing weekly AR and AP aging reports.
• Monitoring and enhancing the overdue ratio.
• Reporting clients for legal proceedings to the attorney and supporting related processes.
• Calculating provisions for doubtful accounts (PDD) monthly and tracking the accounting processes.
• Verifying and following up on the approval stages of newly opened customer accounts.
• Allocating customer credit limits based on financial data and payment performance, and revising them annually.
• Evaluating customer requests for changes in payment terms and submitting for approval.
• Calculating DSO, DPO, DIO, and CCC, and making improvements in line with KPIs.
• Preparing the monthly cash flow statement and ensuring a balanced cash-debt-receivables management.
• Checking supplier invoices due and tracking cash outflows
• Managing customer reconciliation processes.
• Monitoring the performance and timelines of order invoicing.
• Maintaining relationships with financial institutions and processing transactions and payment orders.
• Checking employee accounts, calculating payments and deductions for expenses.

Requirements for The Job:
