Job summary

Token Financial Technologies in Turkey is seeking a Corporate Sales Project Assistant to join its expanding fintech team. You will support field sales, research corporate prospects, visit clients, and help tailor meal card and employee benefits solutions to customer needs.

This role offers hands-on exposure to CRM-driven sales processes, collaboration with Corporate Sales Managers, and active engagement in market and competitor analysis as part of Koç Holding ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an associate or bachelor degree program or current final year student.
• Aiming to build a career in corporate sales with a proactive mindset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are essential.
• Motivated, eager to learn, and results-oriented with field experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research potential corporate customers and create visit plans.
• Conduct company visits in assigned regions.
• Identify and connect with the right decision-makers within organizations.
• Introduce our meal card and employee benefits solutions to prospective clients.
• Understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities.
• Record meeting notes and field insights in the CRM system.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends within the assigned region.
• Participate in customer visits alongside Corporate Sales Managers to gain hands-on experience.
