Job summary

Kuveyt Turk Investment seeks a seasoned Team Manager to lead the Corporate Finance team, overseeing IPOs, debt issuances, and sukuk projects. You will drive pricing, client development, and cross‑functional collaboration with regulators and financial institutions.

The role requires strong leadership, deep capital markets knowledge, and fluency in English to coordinate complex transactions and deliver strategic growth in Turkey's capital markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Public Administration, International Relations, Law, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in capital markets, investment banking, or corporate finance.
• Holder of a Capital Markets Activities Level 3 License (SPK Düzey 3).
• Solid knowledge and experience in IPOs, debt issuances, and other corporate finance transactions.
• Strong knowledge of CMB regulations and relevant capital markets legislation.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, company valuation, and financial modeling.
• Preferably experienced in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Proven leadership, team management, and coordination skills.
• Strategic mindset with a strong focus on business development and results.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and coordinate IPOs, debt issuances, sukuk issuances, and other corporate finance transactions.
• Oversee preparation and review of prospectuses, issuance certificates, pricing reports, and related docs.
• Lead activities for determining offering prices and IPO strategies.
• Identify potential clients and manage corporate client relationships.
• Conduct company visits, meetings, and promotional activities for corporate finance services.
• Coordinate regulatory and operational processes with CMB, BIST, MKK, Takasbank and others.
• Develop M&A projects and manage related processes.
• Monitor domestic and international capital markets and evaluate opportunities.
• Plan and monitor departmental targets and budgets; ensure compliance with regulations.
