Job summary

Coca-Cola CCI is inviting high-potential students to join the Next Talent 2026 program at our Istanbul headquarters. This unique experience focuses on developing future leaders across Digital Technologies, E-Commerce, Finance, HR, Internal Audit, Marketing, Sales and Supply Chain.

Selected seniors (4th year, graduating 2027) will work three weekdays in person, receive mentorship, and become part of CCI even before graduation, fostering growth and collaboration in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Senior (4th year) student at reputable universities, expected to graduate in 2027.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Available to work 3 weekdays per week in person.
• Interested in Supply Chain, Digital Technologies or other departments at HQ Istanbul.

We would like you to be our Next Talent if you are;

• A senior (4th grade) student at reputable universities (expected to be graduated in 2027)
• Advanced in English
• Available to work 3 weekdays per week in person
• For the Supply Chain department (Plants):
• Preferably Chemical, Electrical and Electronics, Food and Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering students
• For the Digital Technologies department:
• Preferably Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) students
• For other departments:
• Available to work 3 weekdays per week in our Headquarters Office in İstanbul (in person)
