Accor is seeking a dedicated events operations professional to support Convention Sales and events at our Konak location. You will conduct familiarization trips for potential clients, ensure policy adherence, and manage handover files through group check-out, coordinating with operations and accounting to guarantee accurate billing.

Fluency in English and strong interpersonal skills are required, with tourism or hospitality education preferred.

Qualifications

• University degree in tourism or related field preferred.
• Experience in 5* international hotels is an asset.
• Proficient in English with ability to interact with foreign guests.

Responsabilités

• Conduct familiarization trips and house tours for potential clients.
• Implement hotel policies and procedures.
• Handover tasks from Convention Sales to operations from handover date till group check-out.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth information flow and successful events.
• Issue amendment files promptly to notify operations of changes in BEO.
• Participate in final billing with accounting and front desk to ensure correct charges per contract/BEOs/amendments.
• Conduct post-event guest interviews to gather feedback.

Job Description

• Conducts familiarization trips, house tours to potential clients
• Implements all policies, procedures of the hotel
• Handles all related tasks of the file which was handed over by Convention Sales team from handover date till group check out
• Assists the operational departments with a smooth flow of information received from client and makes sure the operation is a success
• Issues necessary amendment files promptly in order to notify operations departments when there is a change in the BEO
• Participates final billing process with accounting and front desk and makes sure that guest is charged correctly according to contract, BEOs and amendments
• Conducts post-event interview with the guest and gets feedback about their event at the hotel

Qualifications

• University Graduate (Tourism Management will be preferred)
• Internship or similar experience in 5* international business hotels would be an asset
• English (ability to interact and deal with foreign guests, agency representatives)
• Able to work in flexible hours
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Highly responsible & reliable
