Job description

We are looking for a "Controlling Director" reports to CFO for an international and growing FMCG company .

Reporting directly to the CFO, this role will take end-to-end ownership of the company’s business planning, forecasting, budgeting, performance management and commercial finance processes, while leading a strong finance team.

Beyond traditional controlling responsibilities, the position offers significant exposure to commercial decision-making, international stakeholder management and the potential to grow into broader finance leadership responsibilities over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the annual business planning, budgeting, forecasting and revision processes end to end

Candidate Profile

• Strong experience in FP&A, controlling, business planning or commercial finance


• Preferably a proven career background within global FMCG organizations

• Strong understanding of pricing, value chain, margin and profitability dynamics


• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing finance teams


• Direct experience working with regional and/or global stakeholders


• Strong English communication and presentation skills at management level
