Job summary

BESTSELLER is seeking a Financial Controller to own the numbers and influence future business decisions in a fast-paced, international setting. You will support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning, lead monthly closings and deliver insightful analysis to drive strategic choices.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting, monitor performance and optimize cash flow, overheads and forecasts. English proficiency and proactive, detail-oriented mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Has a degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• Has 2–3 years of experience in controlling or finance (real sector experience preferred).
• Brings strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Has experience in reporting, financial analysis and budgeting.
• Communicates clearly and confidently in English.
• Is proactive, detail-oriented and able to influence stakeholders.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, international environment.

Responsibilities
