Job summary

PwC Türkiye is seeking long-term trainees for the Eskişehir Acceleration Centre. The role supports audit/acceleration projects with a hybrid work model, requiring 4 or 5 days on-site with at least 3 days in the office.

The ideal candidate is a 4th year student or recent graduate from Economics/Administrative Sciences, with strong analytical, communication, and multitasking skills, and a good command of English.

Qualifications

• Must be a 4th year student or recent graduate from a reputable university in Economics/Business.
• Available to participate 4 or 5 days a week (at least 3 days in-office).

Responsibilities

• Conduct company and industry research; prepare business analysis framework reports.
• Assist in analyzing year-on-year changes between current and previous year.
• Support planning and delivery of Audit/Acceleration Centre projects.

Acceleration Centre: Acceleration Centre is based in strategic locations and provides an opportunity for a collaborative team-based environment with limited travel requirements. The audit is carried out by central office employees in coordination with field teams.

We are looking for "Long Term Trainees" to work for our Eskişehir Acceleration Centre services with following qualifications;

• Either a currently enrolled 4th grade student or a new graduate, preferably from the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at a reputable university
• Available to participate 4 or 5 days a week (at least 3 days at the office)
• Analytical thinking and problem solving
• Organized and using time effectively
• Easy-learner and a team-player
• Good at multi-tasking
• Proactive and solution oriented personality
• Self-motivated with good communication skills both with clients and engagement teams
• Good command of English
• Good command of MS Office applications and any accounting/corporate softwares

Job Responsibilities for Acceleration Centre

• Company and industry research, prepare business analysis framework reports
• Support in the preparation of the analysis of the change between the current year and the previous year
• Support in the planning and delivery part of the Audit / Acceleration Center projects
• Support in the execution of the Audit / Acceleration Center projects, obtaining related necessary working documents and sharing the results
• Support in the managing payable / receivable and banks confirmation process
• Support in the comparison Audit reports and controlling reports’ quality and integrity

Due to hybrid model of working; we have a mixture of working at PwC Office locations and home office.
